What you get every month
Every morning you get a short note. It tells you which conversations were handled and what was said, which customers were reached and who came back, which leads came in and why they fit, and anything that needs you, like a question the assistant couldn’t answer, a refund to approve, or a lead worth a call. Yes. Customer Service is an AI assistant trained on your products, policies and voice, and there is always a person behind it. Anything it can’t answer, or anything that needs a real decision, gets handed to you with the full thread. Retention and Lead Engine use the same assistant to write and sort. You set the voice and we run it.
You do. Your store, your inbox, your customer list and every conversation stay in accounts you own. We work through access you grant and can take back whenever you like. If you cancel, we remove our access, and nothing of yours is ever used for another customer.
It says so and hands the conversation to you. The customer is told a person will follow up, you get the thread with what was asked, and once you’ve answered, the assistant knows what to say next time.
